Contracts of Employment

Compromise Agreements
There are some occasions where it is prudent to use a compromise agreement when an employee is exiting an organisation, we can work with you to agree a suitable settlement, draft a compromise agreement and negotiate any terms on your behalf with the employee's representative all for a nominal fixed fee.
